The JM Technologies Inc. is an approved SBA Joint Venture (JV). This JV is a result of the SBA approved Mentor-Protégé agreement between Aespatech LLC and Mainthia Technologies, Inc. (MTI). Aespatch LLC as a protégé is an 8(a) BD Program participant seeking to develop a business base and infrastructure to successfully participate and graduate from the 8(a) Business Development (BD) Program as a viable company. MTI, as the mentor, agrees to assist the Protégé to fully develop the assessed needs pursuant to 13 C.F.R. §124.520. Aespatech is a SBA Certified 8(a) company and will be the managing partner of JM Technologies Inc. which is a stand alone JV company.
